The Stomach presents SwampFest19, Palmerston North’s annual all original & all rocking local music festival.
Established in 2004 to celebrate a resurgent local scene, this year’s SwampFest will be the 15th consecutive festival showcasing our outstanding provincial music scene. Over the years SwampFest has celebrated some huge musical milestones with the latest being the 30th birthday of The Stomach in 2018.
This year SwampFest spans legendary local venues The Stomach and Snails: Artist Run Spaces for five nights of shows spread between 11th-19th October
The festival, focused on all-ages accessibility and celebrating the range of incredible music created in our region, will feature a huge line up of 30 local artists performing in a variety of settings.
The festival is a collaboration, spearheaded by The Stomach, bringing together the collective efforts and resources of Creative Sounds Society, Snails Artist Run Spaces, Radio Control 99.4FM, the Electronic Music Guild ‘Taonui St Chapter’, 88FM, Papaiti Records, and the Palmerston North City Council.
SwampFest Passes are $35.00 – for entry to all six SwampFest19 shows
