The studio is booking sheet is crammed full of great local music. Unfortunately this means that there is some waiting time to get a booking. Please get in touch well in advance if you’d like to record or if you have digitising, editing, mixing, or mastering projects you’d like to get done.
We are always on the lookout for new local artists, so get in touch and let us know about your project. We often help promoters find suitable support artists for shows.
Price Updates 2018
It’s been over five years since our last price update! At the beginning of 2018 we’ll be adjusting our prices. Our new prices are listed below:
Rehearsal
$7.50 per hour
Recording Studio
Includes tracking, editing, mixing, mastering, & analogue/digital transfers
Waged: $35.00 per hour
Unwaged/student*: $25.00 per hour
Out of region**: $60.00 per hour
Most recording projects also require an additional hour of set up time which is added to the final invoice.
*When two thirds of the group have student ID or are not currently employed
**When the group or individual reside outside of our funding region. This region will change from time to time.

The Stomach will be closed tomorrow (Friday 12th Jan) as we'll be putting together the Summer Social - Victoria Esplanade concert on Sunday. We're open Monday-Friday next week though & we'll keep you posted on our slightly wonky summer hours as we go.
